About the trip

Discover the authentic flavours of the Bay of Kotor through a speedboat journey, local mussel-farming traditions and fresh seafood tasting by the sea.

Experience the Bay of Kotor from a different perspective – through its gastronomy and maritime heritage.

Your journey begins with a scenic speedboat ride across the bay, including a stop at Our Lady of the Rocks, one of Montenegro's most iconic landmarks. Guests have free time to explore the island and enjoy its unique atmosphere.

The tour then continues to a local mussel and oyster farm, where hosts introduce guests to the traditional methods of shellfish cultivation practised in the bay for generations. Learn how mussels and oysters are grown, harvested and prepared before enjoying a tasting of freshly harvested seafood.

The culinary experience includes traditional mussels prepared "buzara style" in a rich tomato and wine sauce, fresh oysters, and a selection of local beverages including wine, beer, soft drinks and water.

Before returning, guests can enjoy a swimming stop in one of the bay's scenic locations.

We caught our own lunch and the crew cooked it right there on the boat. Freshest fish i have ever tasted honestly. Such a fun day, the kids loved it too.
